Dust Bowl Distillery Debuted Its First RTD Moonshine Cocktail

Dust Bowl Distillery launched its first canned cocktail, a 'Blackberry Lemonade Moonshine Cocktail,' in the ready-to-drink category. It is available in 12 oz four-pack cans at 8% ABV. The Dust Bowl moonshine RTD marks the California distillery's first step beyond bottled spirits since operations began in June 2024.

The cocktail combines real blackberry and lemonade flavors with the brand's signature moonshine base and is available at select retailers, the Turlock taproom and online for direct-to-consumer shipping within California. Additional flavors are planned for future releases.

As craft distillers look to capture a share of the growing spirits-based RTD market, Dust Bowl shows how brands with roots in brewing and distilling can use their existing production infrastructure and taproom distribution to produce a canned cocktail with regional appeal.
