Mountain Mikes is Offering Cinnamon Not-knots for a Limited Time

Mountain Mike’s is expanding its dessert menu with a sweet twist on one of its signature items with the launch of its new Cinnamon Not-Knots.

While Mountain Mike's is best known for its crispy, curly pepperonis, the brand is not letting that stop it from becoming a dessert destination. An extension to the brand’s very popular Garlic Not-Knots, the new Cinnamon Not-Knots consist of Mountain Mike’s signature pizza dough folded with layers of cinnamon, butter, brown sugar, and mozzarella cheese. The folded dough is then twisted into a knot and dusted with powdered sugar for a delicious sweet pastry experience. As Carol DeNembo, Vice President of Marketing for Mountain Mike’s Pizza, explains, "...we are confident the indulgent Cinnamon Not-Knots™ – our first dessert debut since the beloved Mini Churrs launched as a limited-time item then became a menu fixture – are the perfect addition to an amazing meal."
