BMW Announced the 2023 M 1000 RR with Premium Performance Specs

BMW announced its upcoming track-focused, street-legal motorbike, the '2023 M 1000 RR.' This bike boasts a powerful 205 horsepower and 83 lb-ft of torque delivered by its four-cylinder engine, settling the bike in at 999 CCs. The bike situates itself comfortably on the track even at speeds of 95 mph, as its aerodynamic frame results in 12.6lbs of downforce at this speed. However, the bike can achieve speeds upwards of 189 mph, according to its automaker.

The aerodynamics of the bike do not end in its frame design, though, as it also features a carbon cover over the front wheel, carbon fiber brake ducts, and even mudguards optimized for cutting through air. Essentially, the BMW M 1000 RR is as close to a motorsports bike as a regular consumer can acquire.

The 2023 BMW M 1000 RR begins at $33,690 USD and is available for preorder now.
