The German photographer is known for his ability to communicate unusual plots and motifs via captivating imagery, and has as such been a go-to artist within the couture world.

Offbeat inked advertorials and nude senior spreads represent some of Teller's most recent projects. And while he has collaborated with brands like Helmut Lang, Yves Saint Laurent and Vivenne Westwood, his most longstanding partnership has been with Marc Jacobs. The relationship between Teller and Jacobs began in 1998, and since then he has spearheaded some of the label's most remarkable advertisements, working with the famous likes of Winona Ryder, Rufus Wainwright and Sofia Coppola.
