Treasure Hunting Gets Big - Black Swan Shipwreck Yields $500 Million Dollar Treasure

Silver coins, worked gold and hundreds of artifacts valued at $500 million were recently discovered at the scene of the Black Swan shipwreck. Experts say that this very well may be the richest shipwreck treasure ever. 17 tons of treasure have been collected and are being transported home to the United States.
Deep-sea explorers said Friday they have mined what could be the richest shipwreck treasure in history, bringing home 17 tons of colonial-era silver and gold coins from an undisclosed site in the Atlantic Ocean. Estimated value: $500 million.
The artifacts recovered from the site include over 500,000 silver coins weighing more than 17 tons, hundreds of gold coins, worked gold, and other artifacts.
