When it comes to attention to detail and harmonious color combinations, the work of 20-year-old illustrator and designer Risa Rodil is way beyond her years as these funky typography posters prove.

The Manila-based multimedia arts graduate specializing in web, typography, illustrations and graphic design. The young Rodil creates aesthetically alluring typography posters that are inspired by fandom-related stuff that she enjoys which includes her favorite books, movies and shows -- or how she feels about life.

With statements such as "The cold never bothered me anyway," "I solemnly swear that I am up to no good" and "we have two lives, the second one starts when we realize we have only one," Rodil's posters are surprisingly moving and deep. Combined with the fact that the aesthetics of her lines are stunningly simple yet evocatively push the boundaries of typography, Rodil is definitely one to watch out for.
