From Playful Social Cider Branding to Soda Like Cider Bottles

Cider containers and packages have become a growing industry. As ideal year-round beverages, they have the ability to be served hot or cold, with or without alcohol. The recent surge toward alcoholic ciders has made a huge impact on the shelves in liquor stores. Cider packaging is generally geared towards female drinkers who are looking for a beer-like beverage that isn't as sugar-infused as many coolers and premixed cocktails.

This means that any cider packages are bright and girly, but not all of them. Left Field Cider Co. geared its cider containers towards a male demographic. The package was designed by men, for men.

Some ciders are still traditional and contain no alcohol content whatsoever. These packages either have a rustic vibe or remain simple and blend in with soda packages to ensure consumers are not confused by the cider contents.
