As a tribute to July 4th, we’ve compiled the following list of the most viral American celebrities of 2008. The following icons and leaders, from politicians to actors, make US citizens proud to be American too. We’ve also added two honorary mentions, Pamela Anderson for the women, and David Beckham for the men. Although neither were born American (Pam is from Canada, Beckham from the UK), but now call the US home, and its people are happy to have them.
