Small-Ship Polar Voyages

Adventure Canada Adds 2028 Arctic, Europe and Antarctica Trips

Adventure Canada is expanding its 2028 small-ship expedition program with three routes that give travelers a shorter way into the Northwest Passage plus fresh sailings around Iceland, the Faroe Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula. The lineup spans the Canadian Arctic, Northern Europe and Antarctica, with the new Arctic option cut to 13 days aboard Ocean Victory.

The Arctic trip runs in July and August, taking guests up Greenland's west coast to the UNESCO-listed Ilulissat Icefjord before finishing in Nunavut. Elsewhere, an 11-day loop from Reykjavík circles Iceland and a separate Antarctica route leaves Ushuaia to cross the Drake Passage, with each day shaped by weather, wildlife and ice.

Keeping the focus on small-ship expedition travel while adding three routes gives returning guests new choices alongside established trips. The 2028 schedule still includes Newfoundland Circumnavigation and Sable Island, helping repeat travelers sort by region and trip length inside one program.
