The 'Shoot To Silence' Wakes Users Abruptly

The Nerf 'Shoot To Silence' alarm clock provides a rather rude awakening. Instead of pressing an on off switch, users shoot at the device with orange darts of foam, the very toys that are most commonly associated with the Nerf brand.

Shoot To Silence's LCD display monitor and backlight make it a current time tracker despite its old school Nerf features. The most interesting part of the concept is that it literally forces one out of bed.

The incessant beeping noises (and there is only one tune that comes with the package) cannot be silenced until one hits the small cube with a considerable amount of force. The issue of sleeping through wake up calls becomes avoided here altogether, making the product a sound purchase. Stats for Active Alarm Clocks Trending: Older & Chilly
