In the crazy world of relationships, an emerging trend is to live together separately. Spouses live in the same city, but they live in separate houses. Why? Since a great number of marriages end in divorce, some modern couples believe the separation could preserve their relationship, while others see it is a better solution to civil unions. Choosing not to live together not only lets couples keep their independence, but it’s a healthy choice for people who have children from previous marriages. That’s not to say that marital unions are less strong or weak than they used to be.
