UNIQLO Celebrates the Work of Saul Leiter in Latest Capsule

UNIQLO UT introduces its newest collection -- this time the Japanese lifestyle label celebrates the works of American painter and photographer Saul Leiter. He was an early pioneer of color photography, and the brand celebrates that through a four-piece capsule.

It features two t-shirts that are detailed with a graphic taken back in the 50s. It captures some rainy and snowy days in New York City during the era. The tee with a rainy graphic reads the text "We live in a world of color. We’re surrounded by color.” The second graphic tee boasts the name 'Footprints' and it has the subtext that reads “The street is a ballet. You next never know what is going to happen.” The last two tees are based on a black backdrop with two graphics.
