Sable Bourbon Celebrates Heritage and the Art of Whisky Making

Sable Bourbon represents a collaboration born from the enduring friendship of actors Harold Perrineau, Malcolm D. Lee, Morris Chestnut, and Taye Diggs, celebrated for their iconic roles in The Best Man.

This new venture, therefore, embodies "the essence of brotherhood, crafted by a group whose shared passion for American whiskey led them to create a spirit that reflects their bonds and the moments they’ve celebrated together." Furthermore, the name Sable, derived from the color black, symbolizes the profound depth of lasting connections.

Distilled with "a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, Sable Bourbon presents a robust 94 proof expression while its flavor profile, as a result, features a rich golden-brown hue, with aromas of caramelized sugar, pear compote, allspice, and marzipan." On the palate, it delivers deep mocha and dark chocolate flavors, ultimately followed by a smooth oak finish, balanced by a hint of spice.
