This sweet rose vinegar makes use of carefully selected Italian Ancelotta grapes that are then slow-cooked and aged in oak barrels for up to three years. This process gives rise to a flavor that is exceptionally aromatic and layered, giving rise to a vinegar that is capable of taking culinary creations to the next level. "We carefully selected the best grapes to achieve a result that is lighter, sweeter and aromatically similar to a rosé wine, but is consistent to our tradition of quality and taste," noted De Nigris finance manager Michela De Nigris.
