Trend Hunter has published articles about the many different forms of graffiti before; we have even published an article about graffiti furniture. Commissioned by furniture designer Douglas Homer, the graffiti that is featured on the vintage highboy covers was designed by CEC, who is a known graffiti artist from the Bronx, New York. Animal New York notes that “the project aims to combine elements of new and old. This pairing of conflicting cultural and stylistic languages helps to resuscitate both the object and the image, giving them new life.”  As we've said many times before, when graffiti—and especially street art—is removed from it primary element it often loses it's sexy edge, but there are exceptions to the rule as demonstrated by legendary Bronx bomber writer, CES
