Madonna’s fashion sensibility always seems to cause a stir and get the attention of fashion bloggers. And at 50 years old, Madonna still doesn’t play it safe.

But this time, it’s not her shoes with real gun heels, it’s the dress she wore to the Gucci UNICEF dinner at The Oak Room at the Plaza in New York City that has many fashionistas appalled.
