Chanel Beauty's Fall 2019 Noir Et Blanc makeup collection takes a page out of the past and returns to the brand's roots and founding philosophies from Gabrielle Chanel herself. This new Chanel Beauty creation from Lucia Pica, Chanel's Global Creative Makeup and Color Designer, introduces timeless nail polish colors, eyeliners, eye gels, mascaras, eyeshadows and lipsticks in black and white schemes that explore color in a way that many color cosmetic brands are not.
