— January 31, 2019 — Lifestyle
Kellogg's previously introduced is premium, heritage-inspired W. K. Kellogg No Added Sugar Granola in flavors like Granola Apricot & Pumpkin Seed and Granola Coconut, Cashew & Almond, and it is now expanding this range to include a new variety with vegetable pieces.

The No Added Sugar Granola in Raspberry, Apple & Carrot flavor is branded as one that's packed "with tasty fruit and veg," and no artificial sweeteners.

According to Sarah Bulfield, who works as a cereal inventor for Kellogg’s U.K. and Ireland, "Creating a granola with a vegetable was a balancing act. All sensory aspects had to be taken into consideration; texture, color and most importantly flavor." The finished product is said to perfectly balance the sweetness of apple with the sharpness of raspberry, while the carrot pieces provide a balanced earthiness.
