Multi-Wavelength Hair Therapy

Rajani MD Combines Laser and LED Hair Treatments

Rajani MD is introducing multi-wavelength hair therapy through its PlasmaGLO Hair+ Cap, a cordless device combining laser and LED technologies for at-home hair and scalp care. Unlike LED-only caps, the system pairs concentrated laser light with broader illumination, offering multiple treatment options for individuals experiencing thinning hair or reduced density.

The device features 300 laser diodes, 200 red LEDs, and a separate blue-light setting across four wavelengths. Automated 12-minute sessions and a rechargeable design make treatments easier to incorporate into daily routines. The cap is FDA-cleared for treating androgenetic alopecia in men and women, although individual results may vary.

For Rajani MD, the launch extends its physician-developed beauty device portfolio into hair restoration. With a $999 retail price and $799 introductory offer, the product strengthens the brand's position in premium at-home aesthetic technology.
