Italian Fashion House Trussardi and BMW Pair Up for Anniversary Car

The Italian leather fashion house Trussardi is celebrating its 100-year anniversary of collaborations with German luxury automobile manufacturer BMW. The 2011 limited-edition 5 Series Grand Turismo is painted in rich and warm metallic Heraldic Brown. The interior color of Leather Glove Beige with contrasting stitching is stamped with Trussardi's famous Italian Greyhound coat of arms.

In true European tradition, the understated elegance says, "I have it all but, I have no need to show off to the likes of you." Clients who would like to purchase the auto will have a six-month wait for customization. No problem -- I'm sure the purchasers of this ride have another car -- or five -- lying around somewhere.

The BMW 5 Grand Turismo Trussardi is a cross between a sedan, GT and sports activity vehicle.
