Fish Pedicures - Fishy Nibblefest is The Latest in Spa Treatment (GALLERY)

This is bound to leave some people feeling squeamish, but Virginian spa Yvonne Hair and Nails is offering a wild new treatment for cleaning up dead and calloused skin on feet - Doctor Fish.  That’s right; dunk your feet into Yvonne’s foot baths and have 100 tiny toothless carp chew away the dead skin on your feet in 15 to 30 minutes, leaving it soft and easy to remove during a finishing-up conventional pedicure. Not surprisingly some people find the treatment ‘a little ticklish’.

The fishy treatment costs $50 for a 30 minute nibblefest.
