Lollibean - Jelly Belly Unveils the Next Generation of Lollipop
Jelly Belly has taken their delicious creation, the jelly bean, and turned it into something new.
The Lollibean. Now you can savor the beans you love to your hearts content in a new long-lasting bean shaped pop. These tasty beans are also aesthetically pleasing, pure eye-candy.
Jelly Belly has not rolled these out in mass numbers yet.The word on the street is Jelly Belly plans to increase distribution of their delicious new creation in time for Easter sales. If you know anyone who wants to taste-test something different from Jelly Belly and the easter bunny this year, these little goodies should do the trick.
Dubbed "lollipops for the new generation" by the company, Jelly Belly's LolliBeans are one of the company's newest products and were promoted at the SF Fancy Foods Show along with their new pomegranate jelly beans. Lollipops are hardly innovative, as far as candy goes, but the company seems surprisingly excited about these pops. Each one is shaped like a very large (over 1 inch long) jelly bean and is embossed with the famous Jelly Belly logo, and 10 flavors - very cherry, watermelon, sizzling cinnamon, strawberry cheesecake, cotton candy, blueberry, tangerine, bubblegum, grape and lemon - all of which are as true-to-life as the original Jelly Bellys are.
