Amazon's Instant Pickup Helps Consumers Get Items in Two Minutes

Amazon recently launched a new, free service for Prime and Prime Student members called 'Instant Pickup.'

With the Amazon app, members are able to shop "need-it-now" items that are stocked at staffed and participating pickup locations. This means that consumers will be able to place an order for items like food, cold beverages, personal care items and pieces of technology, with the idea that these items can be picked up from a self-serve locker in a matter of two minutes.

This new service from Amazon is set to offer greater convenience to consumers who want products "even faster." Amazon envisions that the two-minute Instant Pickup service will help consumers replace lost phone chargers and satisfy on-the-go snack cravings at a moment's notice.
