The debut of the Gold Flakes Martini is the answer to the burning questions of our inner lushes. At first, we weren’t sure what to do with the opulent vodka infused with flakes of real 24 karat gold. Do you leave it in the bottle? Save it for an ultra fancy new years party?

Whatever you do, don’t re-gift it! You’re more than deserving of its magnificence. Instead, try whipping up the Ultra-Luxury Gold Flakes Martini:

“It’s definitely best mixed in classic proportions: 1 1/2 oz. Gold Flakes Supreme(TM) Vodka 3/4 oz. dry vermouth Shake vodka and vermouth together with several ice cubes in a shaker,” a press release explained. “Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with an olive or lemon peel and serve.”
