The modern push is to go-green and live in nature, and 2009 runways will be no different according to Trend de la Creme. Here is a line inspired by Charles Darwin and his “survival of the fittest” ideas, full of bright colors and clingy materials, created by Alexander McQueen. Alexander McQueen used brilliant images from nature to create clothing that mirrors absolute perfection. But, of course, some things made in nature cannot be as perfectly reproduced by man. Either way, these bold and daring outfits will be seen on runways everywhere throughout 2009, and will bring excitement and bursts of color to consumers everywhere. The next time you’re visiting the local aquarium take a tip from McQueen and make some mental notes of color combinations and sleek fashion frocks…from the fish, that is.
