Faerie Bags - Fantasy Theme for Prada

Fantasy themes are a ubiquitous feature on the catwalk, and anything to do with faeries appears to be a persistent trend. The latest Prada collection features the fairy theme on handbags, shoes, some of its packaging. I personally would prefer a more ethereal representation of my favorite mythical beings, but something must be said about faeries popping up everywhere. That story a while back about surgically-enhanced ears got me thinking: with the right girly frock and dewy makeup, why settle for carrying a fairy tote when you can look like a mythical creature? But I digress. These bags are flying off the shelves at up to $2490 for the big ones.
