CoreBev unveils Connecticut Distilling as the new flagship distillery for the brand. Founded by Stelios Stavrianos, CoreBev's CEO, the distillery represents a significant milestone in the company's journey, serving as both a production hub for existing CoreBev products and a venue for guests to indulge in craft cocktails within a tasting lounge.
Connecticut Distilling will be led by master distiller Brandon Collins. The facility will distinguish itself with a state-of-the-art process that integrates beer from local breweries into CoreBev spirits. This approach not only enhances flavor profiles but also aligns with environmental responsibility by repurposing brewing by-products.
Connecticut Distilling's launch introduces five distinctive products — Charred (a whiskey crafted from beer), Drops (a clear floral spirit also derived from beer), as well as Fort Hill Bourbon, Waterville Vodka, and a Blueberry Rum.
