Halloween is quickly approaching and it is time to let your hair down, wear something ridiculous and go out and party. Even the celebrities get in on the action with fancy dress, A-list style.

Paris Hilton still manages to look tacky and Rumer Willis has worn more flattering outfits in her time. But to me fancy dress is a bit like being naked when everyone is equal.

Our course fancy dress is not just for Halloween and hardcore fans such as Elton John indulge all year round—he had a fancy dress party for his 60th and has also infamously performed in a duck outfit. I know, what the duck did he do that for?
