AI-Supported After-Hours Business Tools

Bulldog Harley-Davidson Deploys Revmo AI

Bulldog Harley-Davidson, an independent dealership in North Carolina, has deployed an artificial intelligence system called Revmo AI to handle incoming calls across its sales, service, and parts departments. This tool is integrated directly with the company's Lightspeed dealer management system to recognize returning customers, access live inventory and service data, and complete requests in real time while the caller remains on the line.

Bulldog Harley-Davidson's technology has proven particularly effective in capturing after-hours business, as demonstrated in its first eight weeks of operation when it answered nearly 1200, booked 69 appointments, and recovered an estimated $37,000 dollars in revenue from eight after-hours bookings that would have otherwise gone to voicemail. The Revmo AI system has also been successful in routing hundreds of callers to the appropriate departments with full contextual information.
