Extreme 3D Tattoos III - Tentacle Implants

We’ve seen 3D tattoos before, including raised breast implants and braille tattoos, but never have we seen someone transform their bodies to resemble a human octopus.

A man from Sao Paolo, Brazil has had implants put under his skin to resemble the suction cups of a sea creature. The tentacle arm was done by Dark Freak at Luck All.
