The 2009 Mini Cooper S is a lovely little upgrade from its younger siblings. It has a fresh new convertible roof that makes the already longer Mini, feel longer.
The Mini's $30,000 price tag is not an negative aspect either. The Mini can comfortably cruise at 75mph and the initial 60mph is attained at 7-seconds (not Bugatti speed, but suitable).
A very flashy dashboard full of buttons can be confusing at first but you'll easily get used to the controls of the multiple features the car has to offer (you know, all that fun multimedia stuff...and GPS).
With a smooth drive and a 15-second roof removal, the 2009 Mini is a compact way to class.
