Yesterday, we wrote about Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes sharing the cover of T Style Magazine. While Solve Sundsbo’s choice to use Old Hollywood influences is unusual, it certainly was a purposeful choice.

Indeed, it’s only appropriate that Katie Holmes was styled in a retro glam manner that channels Greta Garbo, because she’s currently on Broadway in ‘All My Sons,’ an Arthur Miller-authored play that took home two Tony Awards in 1947.

In the editorial, Katie Holmes shares her love of theater and desire to perform in a play. We’ve seen a number of retro revivals; this shoot is especially appropriate for Katie Holmes, however, because of her work in ‘All My Sons.’
