Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and the residents of California approved Position 1A to allow and embrace high speed rail. This enhanced mode of transportation will bring passengers and products across the state in a greener and faster fashion than traditional rail trains seen today in the state of California.
My hats off to the Californians for continuing on the quest towards a greener more sustainable future. I just hope that every state, and provinces to the north, can continue to adopt these kinds of changes.
