From earrings with chocolate diamonds to rings made of used champagne corks, we’ve seen a number of incredible jewelry collections inspired by the consumption of candy, cigars, Champagne, chocolate, coffee, and sake.

At BASELWORLD 2009, I had the opportunity to see the incredible new Wellendorff ‘Chocolate’ collection, which was comprised of beautiful diamond rings and pendants with gold and enamel.

Chocolate and Champagne certainly makes us happy, but we’re not always able to consume such luxuries. The sweet pieces in this cluster promise to deliver decadence without the calories—perfect for those on a diet!
