‘American Idolatry' by Terry Richardson in V Magazine

With the American Idol mania and the constant obsession with celebs like Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie, Michael Jackson and Britney Spears, V Magazine taps into this obsessive idolization for the editorial ‘American Idolatry’ in its new V58 issue.

For the editorial, famed photographer Terry Richardson captured model Anna Selezneva at the Madame Tussauds museum in New York with the wax likenesses of Madonna, Michael Jackson, Johnny Depp, Jennifer Lopez and many more idols.

While posing next to Leonardo DiCaprio, Anna was styled by Nicola Formichetti in a dress with the face of another American Idol, the new President Barack Obama.
