Facebook's Latest Feature Will Auto-Tag Your Photos

In a couple of weeks, Facebook's latest add-on to the site, facial recognition, will roll out. The way it works is that when you're tagged in one photo, the facial recognition software will group together other similar photos you've been tagged in.

Another function for this Facebook feature is that it also suggest the name of friends in the photos. If you've got an embarrassing picture, matching pictures will be grouped with it. However, don't freak out just yet, because when this add-on goes public, you will have the option of turning it off.
