Nicolas Premier Releases 'Africa is the Future' Series Shirts

Nicolas Premier -- son of a French mother and Congolese father -- took a trip to Africa in 2001 to get familiarized with his roots. Since then, this innovative photographer began producing paintings and photographs focused on the poverty in Africa.

Recently, Nicolas Premier has released a series of apparel based on this issue. With the mantra 'Africa is the Future,' Nicolas Premier initially intended his simple line of tees to be a one-off for his art exhibits, however, the shirts quickly gained popularity amongst activists and celebrities alike.
