It seems Will Smith was on to something in the movie 'I,Robot' because Japan has just hosted the first wedding that was conducted by an android. The 'i-Fairy' wedding was in Tokyo for Tomohiro Shibata and Satoko Inoue who surprise, surprise work in the field of robotics and thought the whole thing was a "natural choice" for them.
The 'i-Fairy' isn't quite as badass-looking as the other drones in 'I,Robot' which was a little bit of a let down but it does have glowing eyes and talks. Not bad for a futuristic-feel of a wedding.
