Guitarsite runs a yearly contest for it's members asking them what they think is the most hideous guitar they have ever seen. The photos that users send in show-off truly bizarre works of acoustic art as well as possible cases of dementia. The penis guitar was the winner of 2006's contest and the MTV guitar was the winner in 2005. The MTV guitar was sold on ebay, I imagine to some retro 80's fanatic. The site has over 50 entrants in each year's contests so you should go on over there to see what you're missing in the world of hideous guitar design. I can't wait to see what shows up in the running for 2007's contest.
