Instead of sending out the usual glossy pamphlets with sad statistics, Sustainable Travel International is holding their bi-annual Green Travel Auction. Auction items include a cruise in Alaska, a stay in Peru, a South African eco safari and an idyll in Papua New Guinea.
There are also deals being offered on eco safari adventures and rainforest excursions which were donated by travel and tourism companies in various parts of the world.
Proceeds will go toward STI educational programs and the promotion of sustainable tourism development.
