Holding their breath with anticipation, the judges could barely contain themselves when X Factors Steve Lee belted out his solo rendition of “When you believe."
Perhaps best known for finding rare gems when it comes to ordinary people with hidden talent, X Factor also has a way of managing to bring every man, woman, child and their dog (literally) out of the woodwork with hope of becoming the next big thing.
Unfortunately, for the majority of the contestants, X Factors Steve Lee being no exception, when their mothers coddled and encouraged their lack of talent whilst informing them that they could do anything they set their minds to, they unknowingly sent their warble-voiced offspring to the wolves where both their self-esteem and dreams would be crushed forever.
