This guy looks like Popeye on steroids. To me, this is not a form of bodybuilding but more a form of body modification. Leaders in this field shown in the gallery are Gregg Veltino (best known for the man whose arms exploded - check out the stitches) and also Klaus Doring.
Both men achieved these deformed looking “guns” by using a load of Synthol. Site Enhancement Oil (Synthol) is a liquid injected into the muscles of body builders to enhance the appearance of some muscles to what, I feel, is a deformed extent.
