Finding Nutritious Restaurants

America's Healthiest Casual Chains

In the great quest to be thin, people everywhere have one common struggle: eating out. How do you know what is really good for you and what hidden ingredients are going into the food you may deem healthy?

Thankfully, MSN Health is on top of things. They sent a panel of expert advisors on healthy dining out to 43 chains and 75 eat-in spots all over the U.S. to help us pick the best places to snag a bite.

Among the top ten best casual-dining locations were UNO Chicago Grill, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Bob Evans (believe it or not), Ruby Tuesday, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden and Denny’s.

Experts find that making smart selections is not so much about the type of cuisine you choose but more about the way it is prepared. Check out the articles below to read about other ways you can eat healthfully.
