Whenever I go on a diet it follows a familiar pattern. But a new UK company called Graze means I can not use this as an excuse anymore. Graze sends perfect snack-sized nutritious edibles direct to you, so there really are no more excuses.

Graze offers you a wide variety of natural foods in snack sizes delivered according to a set schedule defined by you. Customers get to choose from three types of standard snack collections:

1. Grazemini - which combines fresh fruit with dried fruits, nuts or seeds

2. Grazeclassic - which adds vegetable, savory and bakery options to that mix

3. Grazeluxury - which includes deli and sweet indulgences.

Their website really is like an online healthy deli and you choose what you want to eat. I have already worked out my choices in my head; I have no more excuses to eat rubbish.

Graze makes the science of eating healthily easy. If you want food for specific occasions such as energy, or pre-workout, they already have boxes ready to rock for you.
