Ugly Drunk Scenarios

Maktub Ads Encourage Drinking at Home

Trend Hunter has seen many ads that warn of the dangers of excessive drinking, however this Maktub Beverages Delivery campaign uses ugly drunk scenarios not to curb your drinking, but to let you know that you should order through their service and drink at home. I say, no one should ever drink that much, be it at home or in public. You are ruining your organs wherever you are.

The print ads show one funny scenario of a drunk guy in his underwear taped to a pillar in the street with lipstick drawings on his face. The other two are more disgusting and much less funny, as they show a girl on the floor next to a dirty toilet and urinal, and a guy passed out on street steps with puke covering his face and clothes.

The questionable ads were created by 141/Soho Square ad agency, São Paulo with art director Alexandre Tobio and photography by Alê Torres.
