The T3 app works by using intuitive controls rather than the standard buttons on your iPhone or Android device to make it more organic. It streamlines the process and makes it easier on the eyes, which is a strange approach but produces really pleasing results.

While the T3 app isn't necessarily for me, I can definitely see how and why a person would choose to use a none-proprietary app to play their tunes; it allows for more personalization and makes the experience that much more pleasant when out and about.
