The 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale R is on its way to a lot of motorcycle enthusiasts' wish lists this Christmas. The new super bike from Ducati is a supercharged version of its predecessor the 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale S. Everything included on the "S" also comes standard on the "R," along with some cool additions.
Features standard to both Ducati 1199 Panigales are the ABS brakes, traction control, engine braking control and DDA+ data logging system. However, the 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale R also has titanium con-ronds, a lightened flywheel, DLC rocker-arms and a four-point adjustable swingarm pivot-point. It's ready to roar with a 500 rpm rev boost and a full-system Termignoni exhaust. This exhaust system will provide three percent more power at top speeds and 15 percent in mid-range.
