The "Roller Ruby" stroller designed by Valentin Vodev, is a good idea so long as you don't drink and drive with the baby on board.
Failed attempts at humor aside, this stroller, which comes with brakes, horn and security handlebars, tries to make a fun experience out of taking the cute little spawn out for a stroll. The speed limit, however, is only 15 km per hour. Where's the fun in that if you can't go down the steep thoroughfare like a bat outta hell hollering like a banshee with the baby either wailing like a broken ambulance and sniveling like a little wimp or having the time of his/her life? Where's the fun?
