The Black Heart Brewery Packaging is Rustically Romantic

Black Heart Brewery is a microbrewery based out of Melbourne, Australia. Founded by a restless heart surgeon, this pint-sized company has been turning out artisan quality beers ever since. Shortly before entering the bloated beer market, the company enlisted the creative assistance of Amy Lewis Design to create pitch-perfect packaging for the mighty little brewskis.

Highlighting the brand's unlikely origin story, each Black Heart bottle bears a label adorned with a distressed representation of a heart. A number of the design elements were done by hand. For instance, the flavor description of each variety of beer is hand written on the back of the bottle. A signature also appears on each and every bottle topper. These small handcrafted features give the brews a touch of personality and highlight the company's preservation of brewing by hand.
