Scott Rogowsky Asks People to Sign Up to Stop What He's Doing

In Union Square of New York City, comedian prankster Scott Rogowsky has started a petition to stop people from doing petitions.

For some, being bombarded on the street by petitioners is not an ideal situation. Rogowsky agrees and to take it to the next level, he hits the streets to ask people to sign a petition to stop him from doing exactly what he's doing.

Some people don't give Rogowsky the time while others are more than happy to sign. The reactions are hysterical as some people go on rants about petition signing while some are dumbfounded at the thought of Rogowsky's purpose. It gets even funnier as he goes up to a young woman to ask her to sign, fully aware that it's her job to pester people and hand out flyers.
